Please contact us with details of the package you would like to book and the event date so that we can check we have availability. If so, we will then provide you with our bank details to pay a deposit. Once the deposit is received we will issue an invoice for the hire fee.   

Yes, the deposit is held seperate to the hire fee as a damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after your event providing the equipment is returned in its original state. If the equipment is damaged the deposit will not be refunded. If damages caused are more than the deposit amount you will be liable for the cost to repair and an invoice will be issued within 14 days after collection. This deposit is also non refundable if the hire is cancelled less than one month before the event. This payment is completely separate to the hire fee and is not deducted from the balance on the day of payment.   

The balance must be paid before we set up at the event.

This will depend on the weather on the day of the event. We do not allow the wall to be outdoors in cold, damp conditions so will only set up outside during the summer months when the weather forecast is guaranteed to be warm and dry.

 If set up indoors, yes! We offer discount on additional days beyond day 1 of hire. 

Set ups usually take place on the day of hire before 10am. We allow people to keep equipment overnight as long as brought indoors. The only set up that cannot be left overnight is a Flowerwall that is set up outdoors.
