What sleepover equipment do you provide ?
See above package for list of items included.
Do my guests need to bring anything?
They just need to provide their own pillow for hygiene reasons.
How do I secure my party booking?
A deposit is required to book your party. This deposit will be refunded within 3 days after your party providing the equipment has all been returned in its original state. If the equipment is damaged the deposit will not be refunded. If repair of damages cost more than the deposit amount the customer will be liable for the costs and invoiced within 14 days of booking. The deposit is also non refundable if the party is cancelled less than one more before the sleepover date. This payment is completely separate to the hire fee and is not deducted from the hire balance.
When does the full party balance need to be paid?
The full balance of the party needs to be paid on the day of hire.
What are the measurements of the equipment hired?

Do I have to wash anything after the party?
No, we wash all bed linen after each use so they are always fresh and clean for every party although you must remove the duvet cover and sheet and place them in the laundry bag provided before returning 😊.

Can you create bespoke themes?
Yes, please contact us with your idea and we will provide a personalised quote. We will need at least a months notice for bespoke themes.
What is the VIPamper add on?
The VIP pamper is a child friendly pamper package to make your sleepover extra special and leave your guests with some lovely items to take home with them. The pamper set is put together by local beautician Tasha @Aurelia Beauty and Aesthetics
