How do I book?

Please contact us with details of the package you would like to book and the event date so that we can check we have availability. If so, we will then provide you with our bank details to pay a deposit. Once the deposit is received we will issue an invoice for the hire fee. 

Is the deposit separate to the hire fee?   

Yes, the deposit is held seperate to the hire fee as a damage deposit. This deposit will be refunded within 3 working days after your event providing the equipment is returned in its original state. If the equipment is damaged the deposit will not be refunded. If damages caused are more than the deposit amount you will be liable for the cost to repair and an invoice will be issued within 14 days after collection. This deposit is also non refundable if the hire is cancelled less than one month before the event. This payment is completely separate to the hire fee and is not deducted from the balance on the day of payment.  

How big is the Bell Tent?

Bella is 5M

Do I have to have grass to have the bell tent?

Yes, we have to secure the tent into soft ground. Alternatives can be discussed.

Does VIP set up and take down?

Yes, the VIP team will set up, style and take down the Bell Tent.

Do we get to keep overnight?

Yes, unless there is a weather warning.
